Greentree offers a wide range of standard off-the-shelf cost-effective solutions for hanging components during paint spraying, dipping and curing. Manufactured in the UK these include copper coated hooks in either mild steel or spring steel.
Designs include C-hooks, V-hooks, and CV-hooks either plain, 90 degree, or as a S-hook or a sprung pipe hook.
Sizes range from 50 mm to 1000mm length and with wire diameters up to 10mm. Custom designs available on request.
Also available - Smart Bar™ a modular hanging rack that can be hung on your existing paint line giving maximum capacity and perfect contact every time when used with Greentree Mini Hooks.
And to give you more flexibility on your paint line, Greentree’s range of spin hooks can be used as a permanent fixture when installing an automated overhead conveyor where parts are jigged, with a 360° turn.
